  • Homemade bronze drawn pasta
    with rocket pesto, cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts.

  • Baked lasagna
    with white sausage ragout and saffron béchamel.

  • Braised with Nebbiolo
    Accompanied by baked potatoes and vegetables.
